Applicants to, or employees of Atlas Tool, Inc. may be required to take physical exams, which may include tests for drug
usage, as a condition of hiring or continued employment.

Employees may be required, at any time, to submit to a search of any clothing, lockers, tool
boxes, vehicles or other personal property brought onto company premises.

I agree to, and release all parties from any liability that may result from, an investigation of all references,
previous employers, and other information on this application.

In consideration of my employment; I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of Atlas Tool, Inc. and agree that my
employment may be terminated with or without cause, and without notice, at any time. No manager, supervisor or representative
of Atlas Tool, other than the president, has any authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period
or to make any arrangement contrary to the foregoing. Any agreement made by the president must be in writing and must specifically refer to this provision.

Any and all legal, equitable, or administrative claims based on federal, state or local laws, and arising from, or related to
employment with the company, must be filed with the appropriate court or agency within 6 months of the date of the employee's
termination of employment.
